BY REQUEST: Oleita's Pumpkin Cobbler

Combine these first 3 ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan, (do not grease), set aside.
1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup for later)
½ cup margarine, softened
1 egg

Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over “dough”.
1 1lb, 14oz can pumpkin (or 2 15oz. Cans)
3 eggs
2/3 cup canned milk
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine next 3 ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
1 cup of yellow cake mix
½ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
